Provisional bookings and reservations are free but in order to secure your accommodation for the Kruger National Park full pre-payment is required before or on the allocated payment deadline (outlined in the provisional reservation form).
This is normally 60 days prior to your arrival.
Reservations made less than 31 days prior to arrival have to be paid within 48 hours. FAQ - When and how do I pay for my Hotel Accommodation ?Provisional booking cannot be held within 30 days of travel.
Bookings require a minimum of 3 working days to process, as payment needs to reflect into our account before the booking can be confirmed.
Any booking will need to be prepaid in full within 8 weeks of travel, if longer than 8 weeks a 30% deposit will be taken and final payment 8 weeks prior to travel. Fax credit card details to (++27) 21 424 1036 (recommended) or alternatively phone us on (++27) 21 424 1037 or via e-mail. If you want to do this via e-mail, the details must be sent in three separate e-mails for your own security reasons!
